I came here for 1 night and had a such wonderful stay. Staff and food were perfect and I loved it. The hotel was 15 mins by foot from train station. The room was neat with lovely views and had an electric kettle, climate control and an individual safe.

Location just off the quayside, Newcastle and the river. We could also visit an arch bridge as it was easy walk to the hotel.

We appreciated staff and location, every detail required. The rooms with a lovely view, balcony, a comfy bed. Location: the hotel was just off the quayside as well as Newcastle. Nice comfy base for exploring Newcastle upon Tyne.

Everything was beautiful! The location - beautiful and the staff - super, the bed was perfect. Breakfast was nice hot, lots of lovely pastries, fruit and cheese. The room was bright and soundproof with shared bathroom and outstanding views. In general the service was perfect too.

Stayed there for weekend and had an outstanding experience, so I would return there. Bathroom was luxurious, room was enjoyable, extremely tasty breakfast. And it also had charming view. Easy check in & the service was efficient! Plus their wifi was excellant.
